1. Overview This website is operated by Thunder Chaser Shop. By visiting our site and purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Products All products are made to order and fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand partners. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Colors and sizing may vary slightly from what is displayed on screen.
3. Accuracy of Information We do our best to display product descriptions, pricing, and imagery accurately. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders placed based on incorrect information.
4. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and any payment methods displayed at checkout.
5. Order Fulfillment Orders are sent to our fulfillment partners for production after purchase. Production and shipping times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.
6. Returns & Refunds Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
7. Intellectual Property All designs, graphics, and content on this site are the property of Thunder Chaser Shop and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability Thunder Chaser Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
