Order Processing All products are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partners. Orders are typically sent to production within 2–5 business days after purchase. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left the fulfillment facility.
Shipping Times Estimated delivery times after fulfillment:
- Standard domestic (US): 3–7 business days
- Expedited domestic (US): 1–3 business days (where available)
Total estimated delivery time = production time + shipping time. Please plan accordingly for time-sensitive orders.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and selected shipping method.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at renegade639@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.
Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we'll work with our fulfillment partner to investigate.
International Shipping We currently ship primarily to the United States. International shipping availability and rates will be displayed at checkout where offered. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
