Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your order. Because all of our products are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partners, our return policy is structured around product quality rather than preference-based returns.
Eligibility We accept return/replacement requests for items that are defective, damaged in transit, or misprinted. Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible, you must provide:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- Clear photos showing the defect, damage, or misprint
How to Request a Return or Replacement Contact us at renegade639@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will review your claim and, if approved, file a replacement or refund request with our fulfillment partner on your behalf. You do not need to ship the item back.
Non-Returnable Items We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Wrong size ordered (please review sizing charts carefully before purchasing)
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Items without documented defects
- Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. Because items are printed on demand, we cannot restock or swap products. If your replacement request is approved, a new item will be produced and shipped.
Refunds If a refund is approved instead of a replacement, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or card issuer.
